This service is complimentary and includes the assessment, response and management of claims. In addition, our claims management team provides sample letters and guidebooks to assist councils in responding to claims properly.

How Does It Work?
The Mutual’s claims management team provides support for members as claims are received or litigations commence. Moreover, our panel of lawyers is available to members for guidance on litigated claims as required.
The team assists in providing members with an annual review of claims, advice that can be used to prevent claims from occurring and training, all of which are essential for effective risk management.
